On May 20th, 2022, beloved pet/ family member, 10-year-old Pug-Shih Tzu mix Bela Matei-Zsok crossed Rainbow Bridge. Bela was born on June 7th, 2011, and adopted on August 9th, 2011, in the Cape Massachusetts by “pet mom” Siris Matei-Zsok. Besides mom Siris, Bela is survived by human sibling Ana, dog sibling Luna and cat siblings Frankie and Merlin. Her best friend was Sidney. Bela loved playing with all toys, and any size balls. She loved to walk on the beach, play, and being chased by her humans. Her least favorite thing was to be left alone. Bela’s favorite place to sleep was on the couch. Her favorite foods consisted of watermelon, chicken, and whipped cream. A couple of mom Siris’ favorite memories of Bela is when she ran away from her sisters to come and meet her and her daughter, and Bela sleeping on Ana’s head for the last ten and half years.
