On April 3rd, 2022, beloved pet/ family member, 16-year-old Russian Blue cat, Ms. Kitty Hopfenberg crossed Rainbow Bridge. Ms. Kitty was born on March 15th, 2006, in Rhode Island. She is survived by "pet parent" Steven Hopfenberg. Her favorite food was sweet potato casserole and her favorite place to sleep was on dad Steven's bed. Words from dad Steven "It is with great sadness that I mark the passing of my beautiful cat Ms. Kitty. For the past 16 years she had been there to let me know I was her human. I miss her already. She was so smart, she figured out the laser pointer toy instantly and just attacked my hand. She loved to groom herself in the mirror. She was picky about who she befriended, sorry about all the ankle bites Mike. She survived doctors who said she wouldn't live, dogs who tried to bite her head off and cancer. In the end she had a good long life and knew she was loved. What more could one ask for?"
