On April 28th, 2023, beloved pet, and family member, 13-year-old Calico cat, Niko Crane aka “Speedy” crossed Rainbow Bridge. Niko was adopted on August 26th, 2021, in Rhode Island. Niko is survived by his “pet mom” Susan Crane and sibling Charlie. His favorite toy was his mice, and his favorite activity was cat Olympics. Niko’s least favorite thing was to be picked up. You could find him sleeping in his favorite place, mom Susan’s bed. Niko’s favorite food was Temptations Seafood Medley treats. Niko and mom Susan shared many loving memories together. Some of Susan’s favorites include watching Niko follow a mouse, (he almost always got it!) and the first time he purred while she petted him. He was and forever will be loved.
