On September 5th, 2022, just 4 days shy of my 14th birthday, I, Orange Tabby Cat, Simba Lopes aka “Sim” crossed Rainbow Bridge. I was born in East Providence, Rhode Island. I am survived by my “pet mom” Donna Lopes, and siblings Donna and Gigi. My best friends were Donna, Remy, and Jolie. My favorite toys were my scratching post, condo house and cow head with rattle. I loved jumping in the bathtub, roaming the entrance hallway of the building, and sleeping with Donna. I could do without the ear cleaning, which was my least favorite thing. You could find me asleep in my one of my two favorite spots, next to Donna’s pillow or in my basket with my favorite blanket. My favorite foods were Friskies and treats. My mom Donna provided me with a happy life, and we shared many memories together. There are so many, but a couple favorite of both of ours, is how I would greet her when she got home and follow her around the house each morning. I know I was loved and loved her so much in return.
