On May 14th, 2022, beloved pet/family member, 2-year-old Fancy Rat, Acorn Palmer crossed Rainbow Bridge. Acorn was born on March 14th, 2020 and was adopted in Connecticut from Mainely Rat Rescue. Acorn is survived by “pet parents” Jillian, Austin and Frisk Palmer, siblings Trifle(her waifu), rats Spaget, Coraline and Jelli. Trifle and Coraline were her best friends. Acorn loved carrying nesting material, stashing snacks, and cuddling with her besties. She disliked being dirty and being offered a snack she didn’t like. Acorn’s favorite place to sleep was in her tunnel with Trifle. Macaroni and cheese was her favorite food. Mom Jillian’s favorite memory is of Acorn climbing in the fabric pile with Trifle and how she was so “happy to be here” always boggling even when she was just alone.
