Obituary For Buttercup Resendes

On Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022, beloved pet/family member 28-year-old Cockatiel, Buttercup Resendes aka “Quee-Quee, Butter-Butter” crossed Rainbow Bridge. He was born on May 1st, 1994, at Uncle Paul and Auntie Pam’s house. Buttercup is survived by “pet parents” Tony and Marylou Resendes and human siblings Keith and Melissa Resendes. His best friend was Missy. Buttercup’s favorite toys were shiny chains, key ring hearts and his swing. He loved to fly and eat at the dinner table with the family. His favorite foods were bread and chips. His favorite place to sleep was on his perch. Buttercup lived a long, happy life and provided many memories for his family. Their favorite memories being how he would fly to the table to eat, follow them around the house on foot, giving them kisses and whistling.
