Chandler “Bing," affectionately known as Ding Dong, passed on June 4, 2026, at the age of 9 ½ years. He was born on January 30, 2017, in New Jersey and spent his life filling the hearts of those around him with love, laughter and unforgettable memories.

Bing was the cherished companion of Kathleen Heslin Darbonne and Scarlett Jackson. He shared his home with his beloved canine family, including Phoebe.

He also had the pride of making his family grow to include his son, Ziggy. One of Bing's greatest joys was being a wonderful father to his son, Ziggy, a role he embraced with love and devotion. Ziggy was adopted into the Flynn family, so Bing was able to see Ziggy often.

Bing had a larger-than-life personality. His favorite toys were his bones and he took great pride in showing off the impressive chewing skills to anyone willing to admire them. He loved his daily walks, especially his bedtime strolls through the neighborhood where he could greet the Roger Williams students gathered outside the local bars. Those walks became a treasured tradition and a chance for Bing to share his friendly spirit with everyone he met.

While Bing was always up for an adventure, he occasionally had his own opinions and wasn't shy about saying, “No thanks, Mom,” especially when it came to the snow. He did however love laying in the sun.

When it was time to rest, Bing's favorite place was curled up beside his mom or snuggled close to Phoebe. He also had a taste for the sweeter things in life, especially blueberries and raspberries, which never failed to bring him joy.

More than anything, Bing loved deeply and was deeply loved in return. His gentle presence, loyal companionship, playful spirit, and endless affection left an imprint on every heart he touched. The memories he created and the love he shared will remain forever.
