On July 5th, 2023, beloved pet and family member, 21-year-old medium haired Tabby cat, Chewy Baka aka “Chewy, Chew-Chew, Mr. Chew, ChooChoo Train, Chewsifer, Old Man Chewy, Bubba, Goofball, ChewChewChew-Chia” crossed Rainbow Bridge. Chewy Baka was adopted on June 5th, 2005, at 3 years old in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He is survived by “pet parents” Melinda Stanley and Kevin Binkley, and 9-year-old sibling Maine Coon cat Mischief. Chewy Baka’s best friends were Mischief, Mummy, and his portable heater. His favorite toys were feathers on strings, The Carrot, Millennium Falcon, and keys. He loved commenting on everything, sitting on laps, and chewing on people and things. He disliked fast moving critters, car rides and ear cleanings. Chewy Baka’s favorite places to sleep were on a lap or in his Star Wars bed under the coffee table. His favorite foods were chocolate ice cream or bust. Chewy Baka shared many special memories with his family. Their favorites were him lap surfing a dozen humans on a sectional couch, him guarding the front door with Charlie cat and especially the way Chewy Baka would hug Mummy.
