Obituary For Lilly Jersky
On June 13th, 2020 beloved 10-year-old Egyptian Mur cat Lilly Jersky crossed over the rainbow bridge. Lilly was taken in by her pet parents Randy and Angela Jersky in spring of 2010 in Fall River, Massachusetts. Lillys given nickname by her pet parents was Tiger Lilly Lilly leaves behind human siblings Andria, Rachael, Sydney, and Jacob as well as pet siblings Oreo, Queenie, and Obi. Lilly was best friends with her back scratcher. Some of Lillys favorite activities included sleeping and playing with her crumpled papers around the apartment. Her least favorite activity was going face to face with Queenie. Lilly would find a place next to her mom Angela whenever it came time for a nap, her favorite place was always by her mom. Lillys favorite food was moist bits food. A favorite memory shared by Lillys pet family was the time she opened the chicken jerky treats for the dog and took off with the treat and would not give it back. She growled and ate the whole thing. She was truly a one of a kind cat. Lilly was a loving member of the Jersky family who will be dearly missed. A message from pet parents Randy and Angela Jersky: Tiger Lily came into our lives by being thrown out on the street from her other life when she was just 12 weeks old. Right away she connected with Angela and from that point on slept by her side every night. She had a rough beginning but without it she would not have ended up being more than a faithful companion. Our dog Queenie would raise Lily as she raised our other cat Oreo. Queenie protected her during the day and played with her until she was old enough and began the dog chasing cat part of their lives. She was therapy for her new mommy as she cuddled up and relived her stress by a few head rubs and chin scratches. She would endlessly play with Randy as he would move his arm on the bed and she would jump to get it. Sometimes she actually would and then rabbit kick the heck out of it. She loved her catnip, but her pride and joy were chasing after crumpled up paper and batting it around the apartment whenever we tossed it. She passed from this life as she came into our lives in Angelas loving arms.
