On May 30th, 2021, 8 year old American Guinea Pig, Lucy Henry, aka " Loopy, Tiny" crossed Rainbow Bridge. Lucy was born in May of 2013 and adopted by pet mom, Kaitlin Henry in November of 2014, from Medfield Animal Shelter. Besides her pet mom Kaitlin, Lucy is survived by siblings, Dachshund brother Dexter and sister Guinea Pig Ethel, who is also Lucy's best friend and cage mate for 7 1/2 years. Her favorite toys were empty paper towel tubes filled with hay. She loved begging for snacks, floor time, and hanging out on mom's lap watching tv. Lucy disliked loud noises and having her nails clipped. Her favorite place to sleep was in the pigloo or under a fleece blanket. Lucy's favorite foods were bananas, blueberries and cucumber. Mom Kaitlin's favorite memories that she will always hold dear in her heart ; "Pignics" outside, floor time zoomies, and Thanksgiving dinners. Lucy was with Kaitlin through five apartments, three jobs, Covid, and medical issues. She was her spunky little companion through it all. Mom will miss that sweet little piggy.
