On May 27th, 2020 beloved 13-year-9-month old German Shepard Mix Roxy Tremblay crossed the rainbow bridge. Roxy was born August 4th, 2006 in Los Angeles, CA and adopted on December 14th, 2014 by her pet parent Kathleen Tremblay. Some of Roxys nicknames included Mommy Dog and Roxy Deluxe. She leaves behind pet siblings Parker and Leila (cats), and is predeceased by Sydney, Tiger, and Noah (cats). Roxy was best friends with Sydney the kitty who predeceased her in June of 2018. She had also befriended Lola the kitty who lived down the street before her passing. Roxy enjoyed lying on her dog bed in the sun, going outside and coming back to cool, off (or warm up), and especially liked to chase squirrels. Roxy did not much enjoy rainy days, or other dogs. When it came time to take a nap Roxy would find a spot on her moms bed or in a sunny spot. Her favorite foods were dog treats, and bacon strip treats. Roxy was a loving pet who will be dearly missed by her family. A word from Kathleen Tremblay, Roxys pet parent: I rescued Roxy from an animal shelter in Los Angeles. She had been living on the streets with 9 newborn puppies. She spent four months in the shelter. I am not sure what happened to her puppies, probably adopted quickly. Roxy did not really like other dogs, but she loved cats and made countless friends on both the West and the East coast. These friends included Sweetie Pie, Muffin, Felix, Mickey, Louie, and Lola.
