On September 15th, 2023, beloved pet and family member, 14-year-old, Yorkshire Terrier, Scooter Chapman aka “Scoot, Scooterific” crossed Rainbow Bridge. Scooter was born on May 7th, 2009, in Florida and then adopted the month of June 2011 by “pet dad” Douglas Chapman. Bedsides his dad Douglas, Scooter is survived by human sibling, Jean Chapman. His best friend was Bill Hall. Scooter’s favorite toys were his piggy, hydrant, and hippo. He loved greeting people, running in the backyard, and snuggling on the couch. These were his favorite things to do. Scooter could have done without interacting with other dogs. This was his least favorite. His favorite place to sleep was on dog beds and a puffy bed. Scooter favorite brands of food were Bella, Little Caesar, and Pupperoni. Memories with Scooter such as traveling to Naples, Florida each winter and spending a month with his grandparents, will always be his dad’s favorite memories.
