On Monday, December 5th, 2022, beloved pet/family member, 7-year-old Beagle, Sydney Martel aka “Syd” crossed Rainbow Bridge. She was born on April 8th, 2016, in Exeter and was a gift for “pet mom” Kassandra Martel’s birthday. Besides mom Kassandra, Sydney is survived by dog sister Gaia, who was also her best friend. Sydney’s favorite toy was her stuffed lamb, Lambie, which was her “baby.” She loved to go on walks and eat out of the trash, which was her favorite food. Her least favorite activity was having to get her nails cut. Sydney’s favorite place to sleep was under the blankets by feet. She provided and shared many memories for mom Kassandra. Kassandra’s favorites are when she brought Sydney home for the first time, watching her grow up, Sydney chasing kids around the house, her bark welcoming the family home and putting herself in time out. Sydney was and forever will be loved.
