On Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, I, 7-year-old, short-haired, grey, Guinea Pig, Toby Fitzgerald crossed Rainbow Bridge. I am survived by my “pet mom” Wendy Fitzgerald who lovingly nicknamed me “Tobs, Cheese curd and Tobster.” My best friends were Google the hamster and Mandi the dog. I loved running around and exploring new rooms, getting head pets and scratches, treat time, loudly squeaking, climbing on people, and hanging out with people during floor time. All being my favorite things to do. I could do without bath time, nail trimmings, cleaning time and when I wasn’t given any treats. You could say these were my least favorite things. My favorite toys were my knot nibbler, log tunnel hide, crinkle sack hide, and pink castle hide. The crinkle sack hide, and pink castle hide were my favorite places to sleep. My favorite foods were pea flakes, carrots, oranges, and parsley. I loved them all! My mom Wendy loved me very much and we shared and made many memories together. Some of her and my favorites include, the first day she brought me home, I already was comfortable with her on the ride home, our bonding times, me making really loud squeaks when I got excited, the two of us listening to music together, floor time, when she would tell me about her day, me giving her little kisses on her hand when she would give me pets, me chewing things I wasn’t suppose to, stealing her homework paper from her hands and running away, and watching tv together. These are just a few that I will forever cherish. For all of them, I love you mom!
