In Loving Memory of Winifred “Winnie” Porter:

Winifred “Winnie” Porter passed away on June 23, 2026, just shy of her sixth birthday. Born in Billerica, Massachusetts, in July 2020, Winnie was a beloved Lionhead-Californian rabbit mix who spent her life bringing joy, comfort, and laughter to those who loved her most.

As Cherished Member of the Porter Family:

Winnie was adopted by the Porter family in October 2020, turning a family of two into a family of three. Later, when her parents welcomed their sons, Jonah and Arthur, the family grew to five—and Winnie remained a constant, loving presence at the heart of it all.

Her Favorite Things:

Winnie loved running through tunnels, playing in boxes, and snuggling into her blanket cave, where she felt warm and safe. Her favorite toys—aside from Jonah and Arthur—were her teddy bear and alien plush toy.

• Least favorite things: car rides and getting her nails clipped—who could blame her?

A Sweet and Gentle Spirit:

Winnie had her own special way of showing happiness: 'binkies' (excited leaps/kicks) whenever she became excited. One of her favorite times of day was bedtime, when she would sit and wait for Jonah and Arthur to come say goodnight before they went to bed.
